The Wicks Lake subdivision is located in eastern Cobb County, Georgia and consists of 82 homes situated on 86 lots. Established in 1974, the most recent home was constructed in 2018. The neighborhood’s namesake lake is 5 acres in size and is home to many wetland birds and a variety of species of fish.
The Wicks Lake Homeowners Association is an organization consisting of Wicks Lake homeowners. It is funded by annual dues payments made by homeowners and membership fees paid by associate members who reside outside of the neighborhood. The Association funds are used to maintain the neighborhood public areas which include two lots, the entrance sign, and the facility.
